Obituary of Sandra Lacharity

Gone too soon, Sandra passed away after an intense and rapid battle with an aggressive cancer. She exhibited incredible strength throughout. 

Sandra was the beloved wife and partner of Robert, and proud mother to Wyatt, her joy in this life. Predeceased by her parents, Neil and Lorraine (nee Chamberlain). She leaves behind her sisters, Darlene (Chris) and Evelyn (Leonard).  Loving aunt and best friend to Sayward (David), Neil-Mick (Lori), and Seamus (Jaime), and cherished great aunt.The care and support offered to Sandra and her family during her illness and final days made a difference. Enormous thanks to Dr. Legault, Dr. Habir, Sarah Noel, and the staff at the Centre Hospitalier de Maniwaki. 

Life is precious and fleeting. Above all, live your life with the integrity, patience, kindness, and humour Sandra was known for.  If gifts or memorials are considered, the family suggests supporting the Centre Hospitalier de Maniwaki via donation to the Fondation Santé Vallée-de-la-Gatineau. 

A private service for Sandra’s immediate family will be held at a later date.
