Barney and I were great teenage friends, we worked together at the Dairy, we played hockey together on the same line with the Shawville Huskies, we hung out together at "the shack" and we ate hamburgers together at Asa's. Heather and family. This makes me so sad. Barney was such a kind and gentle soul. Always a smile and a story to tell. I hadn’t known him for very long but very happy to have met him.
