Obituary of Ronald Trudeau
Peacefully at home, Quyon, Quebec on Monday, September 4, 2017 with the love of his life Lillian by his side, Ronnie passed away at the age of 69 years. He will forever be missed by his daughter Tanya (Jeff Harris) and his favourite sidekick and grandson, Jordan. Along with those who he loved as his own, SanDee (Michel Vandal), mother of Noah and Natalya, Cliff Persi – father of Amelia and Mateo and Shellie (Gord Downes), mother of Brittany. Survived by his sister Mary-Agnes (Ron Findlay). Predeceased by his parents Arnold (T.J.) Trudeau and Mary McGoff as well as brothers and sisters, Bernadette, Lois (late Donald Derouin), Wilfred (late Anastasia), June (Michael Leach), Leora (Dan Blaedow) and Francis (late Bernice). He will be greatly missed by his many friends and fellow musicians. Ronnie was known for his musical talent and song writing, especially for our favourite song “County of Pontiac”. He loved the outdoors with a passion for fishing and hunting, his challenges to a game of cards and of course, his sense of humour. Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 1040 Clarendon Street, Quyon, Quebec on Friday, September 8, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Funeral to follow in St. Mary’s Church, Quyon at 1 p.m. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery.
