Obituary of Claire Genevieve Lavigne (nee Cartier)

Claire Genevieve Cartier passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 27, 2017 surrounded by her husband and loving children. She is survived by her husband Victor Lavigne and children  Ricky (Monique), Vicky (Daniel), Cathy (Terry), Cindy (Alain), Nicky (Anne), Penny (Mike) and Gilly (Jennifer) as well as grandchildren Leslie, Jason, Virginia, Nathalie, Kassandra, Sophie, Julie, Alyssa, Nicholas, Jacob, Abigail and great-grandchildren William, Jessie, Thomas, Lilianna, Rosalina and Louis. Predeceased by her parents Baptiste Cartier and Esther Laparee, sisters Alma, Corinne, Rachel, Doris, Ruby and brothers Archille, Dollard, Leonard, Ferdinand and Lawrence .A special thank you to her niece Nancy Dagenais and David for their dedication and support. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in St. Charles Borromeo Church, Otter Lake, Quebec. Interment Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Pontiac Community Hospital Foundation Palliative Care Unit would be greatly appreciated.
