I have only just heard about the passing of my cousin, Catherine. I have the most wonderful memories of visits to the farm throughout my life, especially when my brother and I were children. Catherine was a warm, generous and lovely person and I am very sorry to hear that she is no longer at the farm. I am sure the place won't seem the same without her. My sincere condolences go out to her family.

Catherine was a remarkable lady, and a visit with her at her beautiful home was truly special. Bob and I were pleased to accompany our mother, Margaret, on several such occasions, for gatherings of friends or just a drop-in. Those times together were to be treasured. May your mother enjoy her rest now -she will still be sharing tea with friends. Our deepest sympathies are with you.

Dear Jack, Ralph, Maryanne, George and Peter,
How dearly and fondly I remember your beloved Mum, and one of my favourite aunties. Catherine was the one who gave me a love of birds in a garden, and a reverence for everything that grows, from plants to children. I know she will be dearly missed.

Our family was so happy the day that they heard that Catherine had bought her farm.
I will never forget my last visit to her on the farm. I had found a little dog lost on the Fortin sideline, and was trying to find his home. Catherine said that the pup was not hers, BUT, if I did not find his owner, "bring him back" and she would look after him! (as luck would have it, the next house that I visited with the pup, was his home!)
May memories of Catherines love and of "happier times" help you through these tough times! May God be close!
