Obituary of Gary McKnight

On May 16, 2017 after a lengthy illness, at the age of 75 years, Gary McKnight, of Quyon, Quebec.  He leaves to mourn his wife of 43 years, Trudy Cook.  Loving father of Jamie (Tracie Flanagan) and Penny-Lynn (Martin Gravelle).  Cherished  grandfather “Jelly Belly” to Audré-Ann, Hailey, Laurel, Courtney and Hailey-bird.  Dear brother of Mary-Ellen (Robert Young), Stephen (Priscilla Derouin) and Joanne McKnight.  Thank you to the doctors and staff of the Ottawa Heart Institute and Shawville hospital for the support and care.  Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 1040 Clarendon Street, Quyon, Quebec on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 12:30 to 1:45 p.m.  Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 24 at 2 p.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Quyon, Quebec.  Donations to Pontiac Community Hospital Foundation or the Ottawa Heart Institute would be greatly appreciated.
