Obituary of Phyllis Eileen Black

Peacefully in Shawville hospital Long Term Care, on April 9, 2017 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late William “Bill” Black. Loving mother of George (Anne), Jim (Pauline) and Chris (Carole). Cherished grandmother of Trevor, Gregory, Janice, David, Jonathan, Ashley, Matthew, Michael, Robert and Alanna and great grandmother of Violet. Predeceased by sisters and brothers Ken (Jean), Isabell (Carman), Elma (Earl), Hilliard (Isobell), Edith (Lowe) and Earl (Nora). Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville, Quebec on Thursday, April 13, 2017 from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at which time a service will be held in the Chapel. Reception to follow. Interment St. George’s Anglican Cemetery, Campbell’s Bay, Quebec. Donations to Friends of St. Joseph’s Manor would be appreciated.
