Our sincere condolences to the Henderson Family on the loss of your father and grandfather. Denzil was such a nice gentleman. He always had a smile on his face and a wave of his hand every time we saw him whether it was at the Quyon or Shawville Jamborees, at the Shawville Fair, at the legions in Arnprior or Renfrew and any other musical events. He certainly liked to get out where music was being played. We will miss seeing him and chatting with him. May he rest in peace and that your memories of him help to console you during the sad times.

I knew Denzil very well in my younger days. I have some good memories of him.

THE HENDERSON FAMILY.......Deeply shocked and saddened to hear of Denzils passing and our thoughts are with all of the family during this difficult time....We have so many fond memories of visiting him over the years and he always coaxed us into playing a few tunes for him before we left .... Dave always considered Denzil a father to him during the years he lived in Bristol Mines and he loved & cherished Denzil so dearly as any son could love a Dad... We loved his stories, his sense of humor and his hospitality towards us on our every visit...it was always such a pleasure to be in his company....
