Obituary of Doris Barr

Doris passed away peacefully, in hospital, Shawville, Quebec on February 20, 2013 in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Elson “Jack” Barr (1997). Predeceased by parents Charles Chamberlin & Annie Armstrong. Loving mother of Brenda (Hector Ossa) of Brooklyn, New York.. Survived by brother Marshall Chamberlin, niece Betty Chamberlin (Rev. Sterling Irvine) and nephew Willie Chamberlin. Also survived by many nieces and nephews of the Barr family. Predeceased by brother George (late Ella Baird).She will also be missed by special friend Maurice Ranger. Cremation. Funeral service will be held in Radford United Church at a later date and time in the spring to be announced. Thank you to the staff at the Pontiac Community Hospital and Dr. Pinello as well as the staff of the Wilson Centre St. Home, Shawville for their excellent care.
