Obituary of Viola Kennedy

Peacefully on Sunday, February 17, 2013 at the age of 93. Daughter of the late Ernie Cooney and Annie McGuire. Predeceased by her husband, Bert, and 3 infants. Beloved mother of Marion Normoyle (Mike) and Doug Kennedy (late Mary Carol). Survived by sisters-in-law Margaret Curley (Urban) and Lorna Kennedy (late P.J.). Granny of Jessica, Christopher, Danee and Morgan. Loved by many nieces and nephews. Viola was a proud lifetime charter member of the St. Mary’s Church Catholic Women’s League for 57 years. Special thanks to the staff of La Maison Mathieu Froment-Savoie, Hull, Quebec for the loving care of Mom in her final hours. Thanks to Dr. Aubé and the 5th floor West Wing staff of Hull Hospital.
