Obituary of Alexander Darling

Alexander Henry Darling, surrounded by loved ones, passed away peacefully on November 21, 2012 at the grand old age of 89. Son of the late Fred and Rose Darling (nee Allen). Loving husband of the late great Vera Maude Darling (nee McNamara) and doting father to sons David and Mark of Ottawa, ON. Survived by elder sister Rose Rudd of Kingston, ON. The epitome of a gentleman and a scholar. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Memorial service and reception planned for Sunday, December 2nd. Details to follow.
