Obituary of Revella Wickens

Peacefully, with her family at her side, after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s, Revella has gone to be reunited with her beloved husband, Roley, her dear daughter, Claudia, sons John Jr. and Ronald. Revella was the loving mother of Colleen and mother-in-law of Peter, adored Granny of Kerry and Kris Kilgour and Shannon and Megan Elliott, and the dear Great Granny of Kassandra Kilgour. The family wishes to thank Dr. Lamarche and all of the staff of the Valentine Centre in Campbell’s Bay and Pontiac Reception Centre in Shawville for the loving and compassionate care they gave Revella over the past few years - you allowed her to retain her dignity even through her struggle with Alzheimer's. Thanks also to the many family and friends who went out of their way to visit and support Revella and family. Friends may call at W.J. Funeral Saturday to Shawville United Church for Service at 1:00 p.m. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery.
