How terribly sad that I just learned of Mrs. Burnman's passing. Mrs. Burman and I recently had a conversation about quilting. She will be so terribly missed by all who knew her. She was a wonderful person.

We were saddened to hear of the sudden passing of Aunt June. My daughter and I were warmly welcomed by the Burman family a few years ago while she attended school in Ottawa and last year my brother and his wife received the same warm welcome when he was passing through from BC. Our sincere condolences go to Uncle Kervyn and all of our cousins.

June such a warm, gentle, kind,always a beautiful smile and so talented. June could turn her hand to anything and create beautiful things that people just loved. I have memories of June as far back from my very early childhood as she and Gwen Black were friends of my mother Lois McCann Kensley. Kervyn & June such a beautiful couple.So many years, so many wonderful memories. I know how much June will be missed as her presence radiated loving warmth. Lots of fond memories of June, often saw her when we went to the grave yard, she told me she always took in the laundry off the line when there was a burial, people didn't need to hear it flapping in the wind at a time like that. She was always good to water my grandparents flowers on the grave, right at the fence. A great historian for the Pontiac, she will be missed.

June was not just a sister, she was my second mother, and she told me once I was one of her sons. I spent many good times with her and the family. She had a full and good life and I am glad it ended peacefully.
