I work with Neil on many projects at The Ottawa Hospital and I greatly enjoyed numerous social events outside of our work life. My thoughts are with his family and many friends. His legacy of a big smile and his ability to find the fun and the sunshine in any cloudy event always showed us the better way to deal with life. Thank you Neil.
