Obituary of Eileen Smith

In hospital, Shawville, Quebec, on Tuesday, September 17, 2013. Beloved wife of the late Charles E. Smith. Left to mourn are her children Harold (Merle), Gerald (Peggy), and Donald (Wanda) Smith and her siblings Velma (late Reuben Harris), Mabel (Myrland Sparling), Lloyd (Marj) Hodgins, Lorn (Bernice) Hodgins, Doreen (Phileous Jean-Marie) and Ron Hodgins. Survived also by her stepmother Beulah Hodgins. Predeceased by brother Herbie (late Norma), sister Dorothy and brother Glen (Jean). Cherished Nanny of eight grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren. Aunt Neenie will be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews and their children and friends. The family would like to thank the staff at Pontiac Respite, Campbell’s Bay, for their exceptional care as well as the staff at the Pontiac Hospital. Friends may call at W. J. Hayes & Sons Funeral Home, 134 Centre St., Shawville, Quebec on Thursday, September 19, 2013 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Friday, September 20 from 11 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. Funeral Friday to Bethel Pentecostal Tabernacle for service at 1:00 p.m. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery, Shawville, Quebec.
