Elsie passed away suddenly but peacefully on Friday, October 23, 2015 in hospital, Wakefield, Quebec. Beloved wife of 63 years of George Bedard. Loving mother of David (Jacqui Haffner), Peri (Wayne Kerr), Donald (Sheri Johnston) and the late Paul Frederick. Grandmother of Matthew & Adam Kerr. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 31, 2015 in Low United Church, 85 Martindale Rd, Low, Quebec at 2:00 p.m. Donations to Low United Church would be appreciated.
