Obituary of Donald Belland

After a lengthy battle with cancer, Donald passed away peacefully in hospital, Shawville, Quebec with his wife Madeline Larocque by his side. Son of the late Guillaume Belland and the late Rose St-Pierre. Loving father of Jeffrey (Jamie Charbonneau). Cherished grandfather of Danielle Brazeau and Marissa Belland whom he loved very dearly. He will be fondly remembered by his brothers and sisters, William (Doreen Lance), Gilbert (Sheryl Path), Faye (Donald Dagenais). Predeceased by sisters Annette (Roger Vincent), Georgette (late James Newberry) and brother Phillip (late Doris Black). He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and many friends whom he loved dearly. We are sure he will be sadly missed by all who knew him. At his request, there will be no visitation. A graveside committal service will be held in St. John the Evangelist Parish Cemetery on Friday, August 21, 2015 at 2 p.m.
