Peacefully, in hospital, Shawville, Quebec, surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, August 13, 2015 at the age of 83 years. Beloved wife for 61 years of Ron Draper. Loving mother of Ronda, Jill (Eric Blanke), Peter (Nicole) and John (Mary-Sheila). Cherished grandmother of Rebecca & Rachel, Sara & Laura, Erin & Haley and Jacob, Dannah & Alex. Survived by sisters Roberta (Milburn Hobbs) and Winnifred Roberts and predeceased by 6 brothers & sisters. Joyce will be missed by her extended family and many friends.
