Obituary of Rhoda Murray

Peacefully in Pontiac Community Hospital surrounded by her loving family, on Sunday Sept 8th, 2013 at the age of 93 years. She was predeceased by her husband Clarence (2005). Daughter of the late Johann Schwartz & Emma Pasch. Loving mother of Laird (late Sheila), Barrie (Sandra), Bryan (Geri), Darleen (Bert), Bill (Ann), Lorraine (Basil), Terry (Linda), Laurie (Jerry), Karen (Terry) and Kim (Mike). Loving grandmother to 26 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren plus extended families. Rhoda was a committed member of the UCW Unit 3, Rebekah's, Radford Hospital Auxiliary, Red Hats, and Thrift Shop to name a few. Dear sister of Irma, Tony, Flora, late Marie, Mona, Annette (Earl), John and Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at W. J. Hayes & Sons Funeral Home, 134 Centre St., Shawville, Quebec on Wednesday, September 11 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and on Thursday from 12-1:30 p.m. Funeral service at Shawville United Church at 2 p.m. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery.
