Obituary of Wayne Russett

Life Legacy Peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital in the early hours of May 30, 2015 at the age of 62. Beloved son of the late Leslie & Elaine (Carson) Russett. Wayne was with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for 34 years "A" Division before transfer to "O" Division. Corporal Russett was inducted as a Member of the Order of Merit of Police Forces 2013. Also recipient of Canada 125 Medal, the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal, the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal, and the RCMP Long Service Medal with 25 and 30 year Clasps and a Commissioner's Volunteer Award. There will be no visitation. A private family service has taken place.
