World War II Veteran Former Owner of W. E. Mallette Inc. Passed away peacefully in Renfrew Victoria Hospital. Beloved husband of Olive Woermke. Much loved dad of Roseanne of Gatineau, Quebec, Jeffrey of Pembroke, Ontario, and Rhéo (Natasha) of Portage-du-fort, Quebec. Loving Poppa & Bopey of six grandchildren, Lonai, Renée, Myles, Madison, Brittany and Brooke and six great grandchildren. Dear brother of Mona (Germain Guindon) of Renfrew, Ontario and Alice (Romeo Brousseau) of South Porcupine, Ontario. Predeceased by brothers Alex & Sylvio and sister Effie. Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and on Wednesday, February 25 from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will follow in St. James Church, Portage-du-fort, Quebec at 1 p.m. Donations to Renfrew Victoria Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
