Obituary of Lillas Armitage

Peacefully in hospital, Shawville, Quebec, with family by her side, in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Kenneth Armitage. Caring mother of Dorothy (Peter Dent), Harwood (Beth), Donald (Sher Moscaliuk) and Richard (Anne). Lillas is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by parents Lawrence and Annie Hodgins, brother Grenville (late Nat), sisters Phyllis (late Dalton Twolan) and Fern (late Harvey Smith). Lillas was the oldest of her remaining siblings; Mary (late Kenneth Tubman), Byron (Elaine), Shirley (late Stan Munroe), Basil (Lorraine), and Julia (Beverley Cluff). Friends may call at W.J.
