My deepest sympathy to all Olive's Family and Friends.
Many years ago when Olive worked for W.A. Hodgins Store (upstairs) I was looking for a Girl's name and she told me that
her second name was Delreen and her mother had got the name from a German Novel. Olive was very happy that I named my daughter Delreen.....who has recieved many compliments on her name. Sorry I missed Olive's funeral but Delreen and I just
got back on June 08/24 from Savannah, Georg. where she was asked "where did you get your name"?
Olive was a kind, loving Lady, who will be missed.
"Peace I leave with you, My Peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you.
Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." John 14:27
Our great hope as Believers we will meet our Loved One in Eternity.
Love & prayers

Our deepest sympathies to all the families. I met Olive when I was a teenager working at my first summer job at W.A.Hodgins Ladies Wear. Olive,Peggy Carmichael & Lila Dale were the ladies that trained a newbie. So many beautiful memories! It’s a small world as I met Olive’s son Rheo & Sarah for the first time at a birthday party last weekend. May the great memories you share give you comfort.

My condolences to Jeff, Rheo and their families. I am glad I got spend some time with Aunt Olive recently. I have some good memories. She was one of my go to people to call when I was learning how to cook. She told me over the phone how to make scalloped potatoes and Aunt Shirley told me how to cook pork chops. Dad just loved your mom's spaghetti. When I was a little girl staying at Granny Woermke's I remember how much I loved playing with the little blue bottles of your mom's Evening in Paris perfume. I hope your memories with help bring you comfort and a smile or two.
