Obituary of John Renaud Godin

Passed away peacefully in hospital on Friday, February 2, 2024 at the age of 82. Beloved son of the late Leonard Godin and the late Anne Marie Newberry. Renaud as he was well known will be sadly missed by his many cousins and friends. Renaud will be brought back to his hometown of Calumet Island where he will be rejoining his parents in St. Anne Cemetery in the spring. A brief graveside service will be announced at a later date.

Décédé paisiblement à l’hôpital le vendredi 2 février 2024 à l’âge de 82 ans. Cher fils de feu Leonard Godin et de feu Anne Marie Newberry. Renaud telle qu’il était bien connu sera manqué par ses plusieurs cousins,  cousines et amis. Renaud reviendra à son village natal de l’Ile-du-Grand-Calumet ou il sera réuni avec ses parents aux cimetières St-Anne au printemps. Un bref service à la fosse sera annoncé à un temps ultérieur.
