Obituary of Rita Griffin
In loving memory of Rita, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2024 in Shawville hospital, palliative care unit, at the age of 68. Beloved mother of Jennifer (Kevin), Melissa (Pat) and Jason. Daughter to the late Clifford Griffin and Rita Simpson. Survived by her siblings Kirk (Nadine), Cindy (Steven) and predeceased by Brian, Muriel, Frances, Clifford and Faith. She was much loved by her grandchildren; Joel, Tyto, late James, Curtis, Bradley, Marcus, Leslie Ann and great-grandchildren Anya and Damayas. She will be greatly missed by her many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, friends who knew her as “Grandma” and her cherished Chihuahua, Baby.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
