Obituary of Philip Belland

Philip passed away peacefully at the Laurier Manor, Ottawa, Ontario on November 28, 2014 one day shy of his 69th birthday. Beloved husband of the late Doris Black, of Ottawa. Beloved brother of William (Doreen), Gilbert (Sheryl), Donald (Madelaine), Annette (Roger), Faye (Donald) and the late Georgette (James Newberry). Philip was born on November 29, 1946 to the late William Belland Sr. and Rosa St-Pierre. Philip will be sadly missed by many nephews and nieces. A special thank you to the staff at Laurier Manor for taking special care of Philip. Philip (aka Dick) was a man of all trades who loved to joke around and give anyone a hand in need, He spent many days with nephews Luke, James and Vince sharing laughter and joy arguing over hockey teams! You're in heaven now Dick, proudly wearing your wings which you earned throughout your life. Private funeral arrangements.
