Obituary of Gabriel Hall

Passed away peacefully at the Ottawa General Hospital on Sunday, June 25^th 2023 following a long and courageous battle with cancer. Gabriel was the beloved companion and best friend of Susan O’Malley Allard. He’s predeceased by his parents Thomas Hall and Margaret Tarbell, his children Christopher and Delaney, his brothers Harry and Randy and his sisters Hazel, Irene and Sharon. Gabriel is survived by his son Brandon, his grandsons Logan and Liam and his siblings Pete and Lucille. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by many nieces and nephews. Gabriel will be fondly remembered by Susan’s family who he was a part of for so many years and especially by her grandchildren Nicolas and Rebecca. We will all miss his sense of humour and positive attitude.

A special thank you to his amazing oncologist Dr. John Hilton, the oncology team and nurses at the Ottawa General who cared for him and allowed Gabriel to enjoy many more years following his terminal cancer diagnosis in 2015.

As per Gabriel’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private burial will be held at a later date.
