Im very sorry to hear about Victors passing. My condolences to the family. I knew Victor years back when I was painting for J.S.C Contracting. He was very proud of his work. His lobby, in fact, everything in his building shined at all times. He was very kind to all tenants. I remember the first time I went into 185 I.P.T with my paint supplies and Victor was working in the lobby and saw me come in. I just happened to touch the brass on the door, Victor came over to me and said, Can you please use the handle of the door and wiped my finger prints off the brass. He was easy to deal with when I required getting into units and Victor would help me at all times with any other questions. Island Park Towers will miss him greatly for his kindness and his impeccable work habits. Your Friend Gord Saucier - Contract Painter

Our most sincere condolences to all the members of Victor's family. You have suffered a great loss, as have all the staff and residents of Island Park Towers. His passing was a terrible shock to us all and we still can't quite believe that he's gone.
Over the 14+ months that I worked with Victor, he proved himself to be not only a very competent, devoted and knowledgeable co-worker, but also a kind and caring human being, as well as a loyal and trusted friend. The training he gave me during the time we worked together will serve me well for the rest of my career. When my wife and I moved to Island Park Towers, he was always willing to lend a helping hand to move heavy furniture and boxes. My job will be all the more difficult now without him by my side.
No one will ever be able to replace him, as he was one of a kind. We all still think of him every day and miss him terribly. R.I.P. Victor my friend. You will remain in our hearts forever.
