Obituary of Charlotte Sloan (nee Ranger)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our loving mom Charlotte “Chum” Sloan on Friday, January 13, 2023 at her home in Vinton at the age of 77. 

Devoted mother to Ronnie (Connie), daughter Brooke and Bonnie (Colette), daughter Brianna.  We know that mom is now reunited with George (2015), her beloved husband of over 40 years, her parents Joseph Ranger and Edna Romain and all her brothers and sisters who have passed before her; Bertha, Frank, Alma, Iona, Marilyn, Vera, Cecila, Irvin, also survived by Rose and Sydney.

She had the kindest of spirit and will be missed dearly by her granddaughter Brianna.  She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.

Graveside service will take place on Saturday, July 22, 2023 in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Vinton, Quebec at 11 a.m.  Reception to follow at the Lions Hall, Campbell's Bay, Quebec.  Donations to the St. Elizabeth Cemetery fund would be greatly appreciated.
