Brian, and all of Marlene's family, my deepest condolences on the passing of your Mom. She was a very special lady. I won't say "you have lost her" as Marlene isn't lost....we know exactly where she is....in Heaven rejoicing. After being welcomed at the Gates by Earl and all her loved ones that went before her, Marlene is now worshipping and rejoicing in the presence of her Saviour. God Bless You!

Dear Family
"So I'll cherish the old rugged cross". Your mother's favourite hymn. Your Mom and Dad lived their lives showing their love for the Lord and for the hundreds of people they ministered to when they were custodians of OVPC and after. They will be missed but not forgotten. May the Blessed Assurance we have in Jesus comfort you during this time.

Dear Family;
Please accept our sincere condolences in the passing of your beloved Marlene.
Jan has known her all her life and I first met her in 1985 at OVPC when Earl and her ran the camp operations. It took 3 people to do the work Earl did by himself when he retired. Marlene was always ready to have a good chat and share valuable information and history with me.
Praying for you and your loved ones in your time of grief. Rom.8:34
Love in Christ

What a gracious lady has now entered into her heavenly home. I am sure she heard her Saviour say “ Well done thou good and faithful servant”. Only Heaven will reveal all the lives she has touched and ministered too during her life. She was such a treasure and always a great historian. There were times we would have forgotten our Anniversary if it had not been for Marlene and her faithful sending of cards. She was such a blessing to so many. We have so many pictures for us to remember and cherish because of her. It is our loss, but, Heavens gain. Marlene’s faith is now being realized and she is enjoying all the splendours that she has lived for. Reunited again with Earl. What a reunion and what a day that will be when you all meet again. Cherish and treasure her memories until that day. Our sincere sympathy and prayers.
