Obituary of Goldie Moore (nee Horner)

Passed away peacefully in hospital surrounded by her family on Sunday, September 18, 2022 at the age of 86 years old. Daughter of the late Herb Horner and the late Louise Black. Beloved wife of the late Robert “Bob” Moore.  Loving mother of the late Heman (Louise Duval), Louise (René Lance), Melba (late Luc Kingsburry) and Elaine (Robert “Bob” Berndt). Cherished grandmother of Claudine (Marty), Germaine, Robert, Rebecca “Becky” (Mike), Glee (Travis), Cassandra (Jarette), Jesse (Sam), Robin (Chris) and late Michelle and great grandmother of 19 wonderful great grandchildren. Goldie will be sadly missed by her brother Kevin and by her extended family. Friends may call at the Hayes Funeral Home, 134 Centre Street, Shawville, Quebec on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 from 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be conducted on Thursday, September 22 in St. George's Anglican Church, Thorne Centre, Quebec at 11 a.m. Interment St. George's Anglican Cemetery.
