Obituary of Dorias Racine

December 2, 1930 - May 12, 2022

Passed away peacefully at home with family by his side in his 92^nd year. He lived and died on his own terms and in his own way. He will be remembered for his quick wit and sense of humour, sharp mind, ingenuity, and great memory.

Beloved father of Louise, Shirley, Jerry (Karel Greiner), Mark (Jill), Adele and Brenda (Claude Clavet). Predeceased by his son Bobby.

He will be missed by his long-time companion Viola (Vi) Schwartz. The family is very grateful for her loving care over their many years together.

Son of the late Ferdinand Racine and of the late Amandine Pelletier. Dear brother of Lisette. Predeceased by his siblings; Lionel, Aldege, Rheal and Laurette.

Much loved Pepere of Jesse, Johannah, Mandi, Danielle, Amy, Ryan, Ethan, Sarah, Tyler and Shelby. Favorite chocolate and ice cream supplier of Jude, Emma, Avery, Harper, Noah, Eliane, Brantley and Maggie.

Much gratitude to CLSC Nurse Jessica C. and Dr. Mikhail for their support in honouring his final wishes. 

Inurment service will be held on Friday, May 20, 2022 at St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery, Otter Lake, Quebec at 1 p.m.
