I humbly express my sincere sympathy to all relatives & friends of Joey but in particular to his mom Joyce. I had the privilege of working with Joey at St.John’s ElementarySchool in Campbell’s Bay, in the 1990’s. Although his physical disabilities challenged him, they did not define him. He was very intellectually perceptive & had a keen interest in exploring the world around him. His winning personality drew many friends to his circle & brought him joy & happinesses. Now that his earthly journey has ended we can rest assured that Joey is now reaping his reward in heaven , with Jesus & his angels. Rest In Peace, dear Joey.
