Obituary of Shirley Pepin (nee Crawford)

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Shirley on Friday, March 11^th 2022, just days after her 79^th birthday, in hospital, Hull, Quebec.   Wife of the late Hector Pepin.  She will be sadly missed by her loving sons Jerry, Brent (Wendy) and Barry (Rose).  Her grandchildren Jessica (Stefan), Jeffrey (Stacey), Randy, Evelynne, Patrick, Joanne and Suzanne.  Also dearly missed by her close friend Marilyn.

Shirley was a warm, kind, and incredibly strong woman. She brightened the days of many people.  Friends and family will remember what a joy it was to be with her. 

She was an avid gardener who grew the most beautiful flower beds and vegetable gardens.  She loved her pets and had an especially soft spot her beloved cat Tiger.  Though, taking care and being there for her family and friends was the most meaningful act of her life.  She was a great woman and was loved.  

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 2, 2022 in St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church, Vinton, Quebec at 11 a.m. Interment parish cemetery. 

A special thanks to the staff of the Pontiac Community Hospital, Shawville, Quebec  who took great care of her in her final days, we are grateful.
