Passed away in Shawville on Saturday, February 26, 2022 at the age of 72 years old. Son of the late Thomas John Turner and the late Francis Fleury. Beloved husband of Jacqueline Smiley for 52 years. Loving father of Paula and Tracey (Randy). Cherished grandfather of Hailey (Josh), Merissa (Kurtis), Logan and Hunter and great grandfather of April, Aubrey and Luna. Dear brother of Michael (Karen), Ivan (Janice), Helen (Don), Alvin (Bonnie), Idamae, Mary Francis and Tommy. Predeceased by his siblings Viola (late Rodney) and Joan. Louis will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
