Victor and Claire were two the nicest people
I have had the pleasure knowing a lot of great memories having them and their family as neighbors

My Sincere Sympathy to Victor's family and to his sister Addie /Robert. Victor , Claire , and the kids were the best friends and neighbours anyone could ever ask for.. Raising 14 kids between us ,with just a fence between, was fun and challenging .
Claire and I done a lot of shouting , but it all worked out as our kids have turned out like pros !
May God put His arms around you and give you His peace at this very sad time . R.I.P. My friend Victor ,I will miss you .

Our deepest condolences to all the Lavigne family never easy to lose a parent regardless of their age. Victor left many great memories to all of you as he was a very active man and until the last few years never listened to any advice from his kids, he was definitely an independent guy who would say he was never too old to do what he wanted. Good for him as he stayed truly active until this devastating illness shut him down. RIP Victor
