Obituary of Rolande Ladouceur (née Rodrigue)

Décédée paisiblement à la maison entourée de sa famille mercredi le 10 novembre 2021 à l’âge de 87 ans. Fille de feu Gédéon Rodrigue et de feu Alexina Grondin. Chère épouse de feu Léo Ladouceur. Maman bien aimée de Raymond, Robert (Angie), Carmen (Rufin), Daniel (Joanne), Gérard (Jennifer), Denise (Carole) et Fernand (Cindy). Grand-maman spéciale et dévouée de Christian, Yan, Alda, Nathalie, Jason, Michael John, Haley, Nadia, Éric, Thierry, Marie-Soleil, Olivier, Jean-Philippe, Monique, Michelle, Mélissa, Ryan, Mathieu, Nathan, Amber et Olivia. Elle sera manquée par plusieurs arrière petits enfants et un arrière arrière petit fils. Précédée par tous ses frères et sœurs. Elle laisse dans le deuil plusieurs neveux et nièces. La messe des funérailles sera célébrée jeudi le 18 novembre 2021 à l’église Ste-Anne, Ile-du-Grand-Calumet, Québec à 11h. Inhumation au cimetière paroissial. Des dons à l’église Immaculé Conception ou la fondation des maladies du coeur serait grandement appréciées.

Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at the age of 87. Daughter of the late Gedeon Rodrigue and the late Alexina Grondin. Dear wife of the late  Léo Ladouceur. Loving mother of Raymond, Robert (Angie), Carmen (Rufin), Daniel (Joanne), Gérard (Jennifer), Denise (Carole) and Fernand (Cindy). Special and devoted grandmother of Christian, Yan, Alda, Nathalie, Jason, Michael John, Haley, Nadia, Éric, Thierry, Marie-Soleil, Olivier, Jean-Philippe, Monique, Michelle, Mélissa, Ryan, Mathieu, Nathan, Amber and Olivia. She will be sadly missed by her many great grandchildren and her great great grandson. Predeceased by all of her brothers and sisters. She leaves to mourn many nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, November 18, 2021 in St. Anne’s Church, Calumet Island, Quebec at 11 a.m. Interment parish cemetery. Donations to Immaculate Conception Church or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
