Obituary of Urban Curley

May 1922 - October 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Urban Curley, on October 8, 2021 at home in Quyon, Quebec. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Kennedy for 69 years. Proud father of Marilyn Leney, Maureen, Jim, John (Deanna) and Ray (Diana). Cherished grandfather to Janis (Jeff), Tom, Adam (Shawna), Shayne (Krissy), Brad (Chantel), Chadd (Elisa), Kennedy, Matt (Kristen), Natasha (Tyler), Nick and to his great- grandchildren Valerie, Melanie, Madison, Jillian, Evelyn, Logan and Beckett.  Urban will also be fondly remembered by sister-in-law, Clair and his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Frank Curley and Alice McCaffrey, his son Joseph, his siblings and son-in-law Barrie Leney. Friends may call at Hayes Funeral Home, 1040 Clarendon St., Quyon, Quebec on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 from  2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and on Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 a.m.  

Private funeral mass will be celebrated Wednesday, October 13 at 11 a.m. in St. Mary's Parish, 5 John St., Quyon, Quebec.  Interment following at St. Mary's Cemetery.
