Obituary of Laurier Francoeur

Laurier Francoeur of Otter Lake, Quebec, in his 86^th year, passed away peacefully at the Ottawa Heart Institute, with children by his side on July 6^th 2021. Dearly loved husband of the late June Richard.  Cherished father of Heather (Yvan Tessier), Peter Francoeur, Steve Sadaka and Cheryl Sadaka (Andrew).  Loving and special Père to Keri-Lyn (Kim), Kyle (Carly), Jacey (Alejandro), Ashley (Tariq), Brittney (Evan), Shayne (Shelley), Lee and Jacob. Great Grandpère to Oliver, Elliot, Alexandra, Leo, Edward, Samuel, Charles, Lucia and Matteo.   Dear brother to Simone (Bill), Maurice (Gale), late Raymond (Barbara), Madeleine (Earl), Claude (Susan) and Lise (Murray).  He will be missed by several nieces, nephews, cousins, his buddies from the “village”, friends from the Golden Age Club and Nepean Golden Blades hockey team.   In respecting Laurier’s wishes, a graveside service will take place on Saturday, July 10^th 2021 in Union Cemetery, Otter Lake, Quebec  at 11:00 a.m.
