I got to know Joan through work in the early 90s. She made me laugh every day with her jokes, Otter Lake sayings (burl those tires) and stories of goings on in Otter Lake over the weekend. She helped me get through some tough times during that period. Joan was an inspiration to many and we will always remember her fondly. Our deepest sympathies go out to you Bernie, the boys and their spouses and grandkids and the Dubeau family and friends.
