my deepest condolences to family and friends.I will never forget sonny he was the best coach i ever had and also the man with the biggest heart i got to know,when we played ball he would take care of us and make sure we were ok anf when we lost a game it didnt matter to him he would always say ..good game girls and would invite the team to his house for a beer,may you rest in peace coach.

We were always happy to see Sonny and it was a pleasure to have a conversation with him. My daughters visited his home in the country many times; Sonny treated them well and they particularly enjoyed his tours on the 3 wheeler and going to the creek. Our condolences to his family. Our deepest sympathies to you all at this difficult time. I last spoke with Sonny on Thursday and I will sure miss his words of “Lisa it’s me Sonny! Have I told you I love ya”. Sonny loved everyone, and anyone who has been fortunate to have met Sonny...well you can’t help but fall in love with Sonny. Sonny was a fun guy. Always in good humour and always ready to help friends in any way he could. And like many have said, he had a laugh that cheered everyone up and you hear him for miles.
