Obituary of Margaret Rose Lalonde (nee Fitzgerald)

In hospital, Shawville, Quebec on May 4, 2021 at the age of 73 years. Beloved wife of Wayne Lalonde. Survived by her stepdaughter, Kelly Lalonde, and grandchildren Dylan Cooper (Andrea) and Valerie Cooper. Loving mother of Kelly Crawford (Stuart Griffiths) and Kathy Crawford. Dear sister of Patsy Greely and Raymond Fitzgerald (Valerie). Sister-in-law of Paulette Fitzgerald, Paula Fitzgerald and William Sheppard. She will be missed by nieces and nephews Debbie Warren Power, Terry Warren, Michelle (Lee Whalen Jacqueline Greeley, Rob (Alexandra) Fitzgerald, Kim (Boyd) Singleton, Shawn Fitzgerald (Karen) and Renee Fitzgerald Bartlett (Colin). Predeceased by her parents, Thomas Fitzgerald and Lavinia Crane and by step-fathers Arthur Higgins and Jerry Mercer, sister Julia Sheppard, brothers Jack and George, sister in law Elva Fitzgerald and brothers in law John Warren, Malcolm Greeley, Leander Mercer and nephew, Rick Warren. A private funeral service will be held in St. James the Greater Church, Portage du Fort, Quebec on Friday, May 14, 2021 at 1 p.m.
