Obituary of Elizabeth Hahn (nee Gravelle)

With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Elizabeth Gravelle-Hahn on Thursday, February, 25, 2021 in hospital surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her loving husband Clifford (2002). Cherished mother of Patricia Russell (late Carson), Patrick (Dolores) and Pamela Thoms (Randy). Proud grandmother of Michael Russell and Jeffrey Russell (Naomi), Kelly Proulx (Craig), Natalie Kaiman (Matt), Kathryn Fraser (Nathan), Graham Thoms and her great grandchildren Travis, Julia and Sam Proulx, Johnathon and Liliana Russell and Ben and Charlie Kaiman. Survived by her sisters Olive Utz (El), Denise Saunders (late Steve) and sister-in-law Theresa Hahn (late Milton). She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Elizabeth reported the Otter Lake News in the Equity for many years. She loved to knit and crotchet and made many baby shawls and sweater sets. She loved to travel and she and Clifford spent many years in Texas. A heartfelt thank you to the staff at the Pontiac Reception Centre for the excellent care of our mom. A graveside service will take place in the spring of 2021. Donations to the Pontiac Reception Centre Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
