Dear Katherine and extended family. I am saddened and shocked to hear of Jack's passing. We remember Jack from the canteen at the skating rink in Douglas and owe him much gratitude for putting up with our rowdy and sometime belligerent teenagers in the mid 1990's while driving the bus from Tommy's Donuts to the "night clubs" in Quebec. In the later years we discovered he was quite a chef--preparing many tasty Friday night suppers at the Wing before Covid changed our lives. Thank you for sharing Jack's generosity with us.
