I am so very sorry to learn of Kim’s untimely death. I remember him as a five year old in my kindergarten class at McDowell School. He “loved” to play with the big trucks on the carpeting, the little trucks in the sandbox and make trucks with the LEGO during our playtime. I know you will miss him dearly. Please accept my deepest sympathy. Brenda Daye

Tania, Sam, Cale, Dean and Jason and Kim's extended families, my deepest condolences, I am so sorry for your loss. My heart is broken with the news of Kim's passing.
You both were my first friends when I moved to Quyon and I have so many fun filled memories with the four of us pre children and then many more as we started to have our kids. The trips and time we spent together in Niagara Falls, snowmobile trips, Wonderland, cottages and of course celebrated many birthdays, new years, bbqs and dinners together will forever be etched in my memory. Having you both stand for us in our wedding is something we will always treasure.
I pray god will contine to wrap you in his arms and you will find peace and comfort in knowing Kim is no longer suffering and at peace
Kim was one of a kind and just an all round great guy, always smiling and willing to help anyone who needed it.
Rest in peace "Kimmy" until we meet again.

We are so very saddened to hear about the passing of Kim. I have so many fond memories especially when we were young. I spent a lot of time with him and Dean when they lived in Norway Bay. I remember us skating on a little pond beside the house and getting into Aunt Linda's bowl of nuts and using her nutcracker and spreading shells from one end of the room to the other. I remember so many Christmas celebrations at Memere's as well with many happy memories of the gang there together. Kim always was a great mechanic and it was natural to put his name and snowmobile in the same sentence. How many times did Denny call Kim for advice on fixing our old snowmobiles the girls used to use. Our prayers and thoughts are with you, Tania, Sam, Cale, Dean, Jason and all extended family in such a difficult time. Rest easy Kim.

Johnny Bronson posted a condolence
Tuesday, November 3, 2020
I was wonderng how many lucky people were touched and warmed by having Kim in their lives.
Countless, I’m sure.
And they will all eagerly admit they are far better off because of that friendship.
Calling Kim a friend is like wearing a badge of honour, because it made us all better people for knowing him.
Kim is one of the best people I have ever known.
I doubt he would ever have had an enemy his whole life.
I feel so very blessed and priveleged to call him my friend.
I’ve known him since he was around 8, when I was working for his dad.
He was always building something at the garage.
I was lucky to be around when Tania entered the scene and since then they have been inseparable.
Like peas and carrots as Forest would say.
They were perfect together.
Kim and I were room mates for a couple of years after that and Tania was in nursing at Heritage, so every weekend we were all together.
Snowmobiles, dirt bikes, atvs, jeeps, anything with a motor....... Oh So many adventures, so many stories, so many laughs, so many indelible memories.
I saw Kim a lot again in the last nine years or so, sharing lunch frequently and beers on Friday afternoon with him and the gang at Campbells. It got to be a regular routine and we both liked having that close friendship again.
Although over the years there were times we weren’t in contact as much as we would both have liked, we always picked up as if we had talked yesterday.
I have said I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to him and so I choose not to.
I will carry him in my heart for all the days of my life to keep me warm, make me laugh and inspire me to be as good a person as he has been.
Kim, you are the very best this life has to offer and I know right now you’re being rewarded with the best of the next life.
Given the opportunity, I would have trades places with you a thousand times.
But that was not for me to decide.
You were hand picked for paradise where only the best of the best are.
It is so difficult for me to say, but I am so very happy for you to no longer have pain in your life.
I have discovered this big Kim shaped hole in my life.
I know it can never be repaired but I will take all the stories, memories, pictures, conversations and adventures and start to try to patch it.
That is the best I can hope for.
I will get there but not any time soon.
My pain and that of everyone who knew Kim will someday fade and will be replaced with joyous, fun memories of our time with Kim.
Tania,Sam,Cale, Dean, Jason, or anyone for that matter, Whenever you want to get together and share Your Kim stories, I will be there anytime, everytime as they have been some of the very best times of my life.
Johnny B.
