Violet was a beautiful soul. Anytime we went to the manner we made a point to visit her. She was so kind and sweet. My children absolutely loved her! They would walk right in and give her a hug. She will be greatly missed.

It matters not how a person dies but how they lived. Bunny lived a good, long life and left a legacy that we should all try to model. Her most remarkable qualities were her faith, gratitude and her humility. She possessed a beautiful, selfless soul and was known for giving her hand made quilts away to newborn babies.
Condolences to everyone who loved Bunny!

Condolences to Bunny’s family. She was such a sweet lady. I grew up in North Onslow and remember stopping for a few dollars of gas at Dominic and Bunny’s store with my Dad and 25 cents would buy a pop and a bag of chips. Dominic was always whistling and Bunny always had a smile on her face.

How shocked i was today to hear of Violet ( Bunny's) passing. As a former employee of St. Joseph's manor I got to know and love her deeply. i was just there two weeks ago and had a visit with her she seemed so fine and quilting as usual. She will be missed and that beautiful smile. She made a quilt for my granddaughter last year and we will cherish it always. God speed Bunny and you are now back in the arms of your love Dominic. Sympathy to all her family. She will be missed.

We send our condolences to Bunny's family and friends. She was a grand lady, always with a twinkle in her eye. Frank and I got to know her through her friendship with Frank's sister, Mary. and her husband, Ray. I imagine there will be some rousing games of euchre being played at tables of six in the sky.

Oh dear Bunny, you graced us with your sweet kindness and open arms. Ours will feel a bit more empty but our hearts are full with memories of how you always made us feel special and welcome whenever we dropped in.
. ..and in the winter far beneath the bitter Snow, lies the seed that with the sun's love in the spring becomes the Rose. I will think of you every time I see a rose.
I send my love and deepest condolences to you Tommy, Linda and your whole family.
