My sincerest condolences to the Pilon family. I last saw Albert shortly before he moved to the home in Fort Coulonge, but I will always remember his smile that day. It is what I remember best from our time at Victoria Avenue High School, his quiet nature and quick smile.

Deepest Condolences to the Pilon family:
I remember Albert so well as I accompanied him many times to his doctors appointments in Hull & Gatineau. His favorite singer was Stompin Tom Connors and his favorite song was "Bud The Spud". On the way home from our doctor appointments, I would phone the local radio station, Heritage Radio in Renfrew ,Ontario and get them to send out a special request to Mr. Albert Pilon of Fort-Coulonge Quebec and they would announce it on the radio station and play "Bud The Spud" and dedicate it to him while we were driving home. He could not believe that that song was coming through the radio. I did this many times and it always brought him Joy and it also did to me. He always new my favorite singer was George Jones and that's the first thing he would say to me when I picked him up. We would also always stop at M'Donalds for a cheese burger, fries and a coke. After eating he would always say thank you and the say I am "Plien Tite".

I will forever remember him; when he first came to our centre Intervalle day activities he would always say :bonne cigarette madame bonne cigarette.... and he would repeat it all day, such a gentle man, I pray he now has found peace.
