Obituary of Michael "Mike" Perrier

'It is with a very heavy heart that we announce the passing of Mike (Michael) Perrier, on Sunday, November 17, 2019. He leaves behind his loving family, his three cats and some very dear friends.

Mike was such a special character. He had a certain way that was magnetic to those around him. Although sometimes he could be a grumpy old bear, he always enjoyed a good laugh and was often the instigator of practical jokes.  He was never a follower and did everything on his own terms, right up to the very end. He had a heart of gold and was such a loyal soul. He will be greatly missed by all the hearts he touched and by those who loved him dearly.  

Mike was predeceased by his parents and his brother Donald. 

As an expression of sympathy, memorials to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or the Pontiac Community Hospital Foundation would be gratefully appreciated.

Family and friends may join us for a Celebration of Life at "The Lounge" located in the rear entrance of the British Hotel, 71 Principale Street, Aylmer, Quebec  on Sunday, December 8, 2019 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. to share fond memories of Mike.
