Phil was one of the most amazing people I have ever had the privilege to meet, he was always kind, caring and putting others before himself. So many lives he has touched and improved by just being himself.
I have so much to be thankful for with phil, lots of great memories that we shared. I would not be the person I am today if not for the friendship and love that he had shown me over the many years.
You will be greatly missed!
