Sincere condolences to all of Dr. Chretien's family. He truly was a professional, a gentleman and a fun loving man.
We knew him in his young days when he started his practice and we were his young patients. We knew him when he was raising his family and we were doing the same.
We knew him in his senior years when he retired and joined our Vie Active exercise class, where he brought much fun and laughter to the group.
He will always be remembered for his kindness and gentleness and his joie de vivre.
Cherish all of those wonderful memories from the many good years you had him in your lives.

Our Condolences go out to all the Chrétien family and their families on the passing of Mr. Chrétien. We remember him very well as he was our dentist when my husband and I were just children and then our children's dentist as the years went by. I remember his smile because he would always have a happy smile for me and my family when we came for our appointments and always a happy joke for the kids. I'm very sure he will be missed by very many people as he was such a nice and kind person to all he met.

What a wonderful man. Even as kids, he always made us feel important and he was genuinely interested in what we were up to.
He always had that sly little smile... like he was up to something or he just thought of something funny he was about to say. He must have been a lovable yet mischievous kid himself.
Sorry we can’t be there with you today and tomorrow but we are thinking about all of you at this time and reflecting on his life and how much joy he has spread with all those he met every day.

As a long time patient in years gone by, I offer my sincere sympathy to the Chretien Family.
Perhaps I may even have been one of his first patients when he practiced briefly in Shawville. Following a bike accident I spent a lot of unforgettable time in his chair in the Pontiac House. Then and throughout the many subsequent years Dr C was always kind, helpful and cheerful when our children and I appeared in his chair.
His long support for the community is of course another reflection of a life well lived.
